After the initial meeting, the different sports will break into their own meetings:

- HS Basketball for Boys and Girls will stay in the gym
- MS Boys - meet with Brandon Lee
- MS Girls - meet with Allison Matheson
- Powerlifting/Golf - meet with Chris Shipman
